• Are the premium properties equipped with air-conditioning? - Yes. All Mascareignes Location rental premium properties have air- conditioning and some have air-conditioning in the lounge as well. Please refer to the premium property fact- sheet for exact information.
• How much does it cost to rent a premium properties? - There are properties to suit most budgets. You can be sure to pay less and stay longer with one of our premium properties, we offer the best value for moeny hoilday homes in the all Indian Ocean.
• Is there a minimum nights stay? - Yes, depending on the season. For example, during peak holiday periods, a minimum stay is usually around 6 nights.
• Are there weekly rates? - No, all our rates are based on a nightly tariff.
• Is there a daily meal charge? – Certain premium properties have included a cook in the tariff; while some have a supplement relevant to meal plan options and a private chef. But all our premium properties are on sold on bed basis only.
• Is it possible to add additional guests later? - Yes, if there is sufficient room. Any additional guests will be billed accordingly.
• Can we hire a cook while we are there? - Most of our premium property have the option of a cook, and costs vary depending on the location of the premium property.
• Is the pool shared with other guests? - Some of our premium properties have their own private pool; while other premium properties have a common pool reserved solely for the guests of that complex.
• How far is the beach? Walking distance? - This depends on where the premium property is located. Some have a private beach on its doorstep, and others are a short walk away from the beach. Other premium properties may be a short drive away from a beach Max 2 minutes drive
• Is there any night life? How far away? – This depends on where the premium property is located. However, most of our premium properties are a short drive away from nightclubs, restaurants and so forth. Approx 10 minutes drive
• Who would be our contact for anything we may need while we are there? - Depending on how your reservation was made! if you booked directly with us, your complimentary personalise Concierge will assist you throughout your stay, or, if you have booked via a travel agent, one of their representatives will contact you shortly after arrival.
• Are baby cots & high-chairs available ? - Yes. Our reservation departement will be happy to assist you.
• How do I arrange for transportation? – Our concierge service will be happy to assist you in organising airport transfers as well as car rental. Kindly make the necessary arrangements with our concierge before travelling.
• How are groceries obtained? – Arrangements can be made with our concierge to send you a list of basic food items and you can tick the items you would like us to pre-stock your fridge with. You will be billed accordingly and payment can be made on arrival. Alternatively, there are supermarkets close by to most of our premium properties. Approx 10 minutes drive ( Note: during the week shops close at 19h00 and Sundays and Public Holidays at 12h00)
• Do you offer discounted weekly rates? - Discounts are at the discretion of the premium property owner and we will advertise when they are being offered. Discounts may also be considered for stays longer than 14 nights and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
• How much privacy will we have around the premium property? - The premium properties have been designed to offer the maximum possible privacy on the premises. Although most premium properties have enclosed gardens, we cannot guarantee your privacy outside of the premises.
• Will it be possible to renew our wedding vows? Can you help with arrangements? - Wedding ceremonies are possible on most premium properties. Please contact our Sales & Marketing departement who will glady assist you with this.
• Who cleans the villa? Is a maid included? - Mainly all premium properties have a seven days a week cleaning service free of charge. Please refer to the property fact-sheet for details..
• Is there Internet access? -Most of our premium properties have internet access (Wifi) free of charge. Please refer to the appropriate premium property fact-sheet.
• Can you provide references from previous clients? - Yes, simply ask one of our reservation staff members for references.
